Welcome
The main building block of a modern
university, such as Pamukkale University, is knowledge. Almost all of the work
done here is concerned with obtaining, improving, questioning and sharing
knowledge and then using it for the benefit of society.
Pamukkale University’s basic philosophy is
undoubtedly to establish, preserve and further an atmosphere in which
scientific method, tolerance, empathy and democratic understanding are
prominent. Our aim is to educate young people who can then implement their
various professions throughout the world, conduct original research in
theoretical and applied sciences and through this, contribute to the social and
cultural development of society.
Apart from existing technological units such
as Pamukkale University Genetics Centre and Earthquake Research Centre, new
institutions such as KOSGEB and TEKNOPARK which bridge the gap between the
University and industry are bringing new dynamism to our city and country.
Pamukkale University, with its staff who are
devoted to its principles, is determined to continually renew itself in
parallel with modern developments and through preparing the young generation
for the information-era of the 21st century. to contribute to the
educational, scientific and technological structure of our society.
